Please read our Delivery Information carefully before placing an order on our website (the “Service”) operated by VERSE (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Delivery Policies:

1. Delivery Areas & Charges

Inside Dhaka – ৳70
Outside Dhaka – ৳130

Orders above ৳5,000 (VAT excluded) qualify for Free Delivery nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders above ৳1,00,000 (VAT excluded).

Inside Dhaka – Up to 5 working days
Outside Dhaka – Up to 10 working days

Working Days & Hours:
Sunday to Thursday (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM), excluding government holidays.

Inside Dhaka – COD / Online Payment

Outside Dhaka – Delivery charge must be paid in advance. The remaining amount can be paid via COD. Full online payment is also accepted.

Once an order is confirmed, products go through a quality inspection.
Items are packed carefully to ensure safety during transit.
Our delivery partner handles shipping and will contact you if delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt.

Parcels are not sealed.
Customers must open and check the product in front of the delivery agent.
Once the delivery agent leaves, no complaints or claims will be accepted regarding product condition.

For security, customers receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS for fully prepaid orders.
The OTP must be provided to the delivery agent to confirm the order and complete the delivery.
