Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the website (the "Service") operated by VERSE ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Refund Policy:

Products are non-refundable once delivered or sold.

2. Return and Exchange:

No return or exchange is allowed after the delivery is completed.

3. Service Warranty:

Our 1-year service warranty covers technical issues, including but not limited to battery failure, non-movement of hands, or any machine-related problems.

4. Exclusions:

Physical damage is not covered under our warranty policy.


5. Warranty Card:

The warranty card is essential for availing services. Losing the card will result in the inability to claim warranty services.

6. Service Procedure:

Customers are responsible for sending the watch to our designated service center. If delivery is preferred, associated charges apply and must be paid by the customer.

You have to open the package in front of the delivery man and see if there is any problem in it, if you find any problem for example: different product/ not the one you ordered or product has a problem then you can return it to the delivery man
But if you don't want it / doesn't meet your satisfaction level then you can return it by paying the delivery charge: 80tk

Sold good aren't refundable/ returnable after the delivery man leaves
