Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our website (the "Service") operated by VERSE ("us," "we," or "our").
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Refund Policy

Products are non-refundable once delivered or sold.

Advance delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Return and Exchange

No return or exchange is allowed after delivery is completed.
3. Warranty Policy – 1-Year Free Service & 6-Month Machine Replacement

1-Year Free Service Warranty: We offer free repair service for 1 year if your watch has technical issues such as battery problems, hands not moving, or other machine-related faults.

6-Month Machine Replacement: If there’s a major issue with the watch machine, we will replace it free of cost within the first 6 months.

After 6 Months: If any machine parts require replacement, the customer must pay for the parts.
4. Exclusions

Physical damage is not covered under our warranty policy.

No color warranty: Color fading or changes depend entirely on customer usage and care.
5. Warranty Card

The warranty card is required to avail warranty services.

Losing the card will result in the inability to claim warranty benefits.
6. Service Procedure

Our 1-year service warranty covers technical issues such as battery failure, non-movement of hands, or other machine-related problems.

If there’s a major issue with the machine, it will be replaced free of cost within the first 6 months.

After 6 months, if a part (such as the machine) needs replacement, the customer must pay for the part.

Customers are responsible for sending the watch to our designated service center.

If delivery is required, associated charges apply and must be paid by the customer.
7. Delivery Inspection & Return Procedure

Customers must open the package in front of the delivery person to check if:

The product is incorrect (not what you ordered), or
-
The product has a problem on arrival.

➡️ In these cases, you may return it immediately to the delivery person.

If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., you don’t want it or it doesn’t meet your satisfaction), you may return it by paying a delivery charge of ৳70.

Once the delivery person leaves, sold goods are not refundable or returnable.
8. Rare Cases – Machine Availability
If the watch machine is damaged beyond repair and a replacement is required, but the same machine is not available in the market (a rare case):

The customer will need to wait until the original machine becomes available, as we do not import machines.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to install a standard machine instead of waiting.
